Location
Front staff will not deliver any towels. You have to go down and pick them up. Shower soap dispenser broken and needed to be filled long before I arrived

Plenty clean, helpful staff. The shuttle to the airport and train station was very helpful.
Hotel was good location for our activities, though the actual immediate neighborhood is not the best. That said, Pho restaurant is walking distance and is quite good.
