Everything worked really well, great air conditioning, shower, bed was comfy.

Bedroom door was a bit confusing, buttons and key both unlocked it. Bit of a process to lock it. The front entrance door and the floor door all worked well though.

Easy self check-in and an unbeatable location right in front of the Porta Nolana Circumvesuviana train station (direct to Pompeii and Sorrento), and a 10-minute walk from Napoli Centrale / Piazza Garibaldi (Alibus stop). Surrounded by cafes, the modern, clean room featured fresh linens, towels, and housekeeping, plus a spotless bathroom with toiletries. The authentic neighborhood felt safe for a female walking at night, and minor street noise was no bother. Gianluca was super friendly and easy to reach via WhatsApp. Highly recommended!

It's difficult to make detailed comments as I am visually impaired I arrived early evening, drop off my bag and out until 3 am Stayed only 1 night Had to check out10 am, but cleaners were trying to get me to leave before 9 am Very short stay, and alone, so I am probably not the best person qualified Owner did message me instructions with code to enter property, and another code once inside, and another to get inside the room to find keys on bedside table, there are another 3 or 4 rooms adjacent I would recommend for short stay Never meet any of the staff, but owner seemed very nice and helpful when messaged me
