If your travels take you to the Sunny Isles, North Miami Beach, Aventura vicinity, you cannot go wrong with Harmonious Suite (Pearl (#3). This is the second time I've used it and since I don't expect luxury beyond what I have in my own home, I'm not disappointed. I am not looking to be pampered or impressed, I just don't want to lack any creature comforts. The property is a very comfortable 1-bedroom apartment with a very comfortable queen bed (vibrating), a flat panel TV in both bedroom and living room a very adequately appointed kitchen should you wish to use it. The bathroom is small, but very functional and clean (as is the entire property). It is situated in a typical older, middle class North Miami neighborhood, but very quiet, safe and private and offering convenient adjacent on street parking. I've used it twice and would use it again. The photos adequately represent the property as is. No complaints, no disappointments.
Some small items could use a review and repair of adjustment by a handyman, but absolutely nothing that wasn't but a minor detail

Grand logement, joliment décoré, la réactivité de la propriétaire pour qu'on puisse changer de logement et sa compréhension.
L'extérieur un peu vieillot, la porte d'entrée était pas évident à ouvrir après avoir fait le code, on a été envahie par les mouches qui passaient par la ventilation je pense, on a dû acheter un insecticide, impossible de couper la ventilation qui était bruyante, le parking
