Paid for breakfast was delicious. The portions were well sized at all of the meals. The room was clean and comfortable as well.
It was a bit confusing to understand what was included in the stay and what wasn't. Other guests, as well as information online, provided conflicting experiences regarding lift fares and the inclusion of breakfasts in stay fees. I think it would be helpful to have included amenities and the process to access them explained in a reception pamphlet when checking in. The other information gained at reception was excellent and the staff was very kind and engaging.

Beautiful grounds!

It was a beautiful location in the middle of woods/forest. Staff was very nice and accommodating. There was a full kitchen with a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and sink. There was also with plates, utensils, etc. The bathroom was nice and spacious with double sinks and walk in shower. There is a balcony you can walk out on to look at the resort grounds. There are 2 TV's, one in the living area and one in the bedroom.
The room was a disappointment for the price. We thought we were getting a beautiful suite but it was a mediocre 2 room suite. There was a Murphy bed (basically in the kitchen) and a pull out couch in the living area and an incredibly uncomfortable bed with no support whatsoever in another room that we had a hard time sleeping on. The chairs around the kitchen table were very low and you sunk into when you sat down. For the money we paid we also thought we would be staying in the upgraded accommodations they have on the resort grounds and not in a hotel room.
