Location for wanting to go to near by towns was perfect, it was clean and employees are friendly

The staff was very friendly. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I had a lovely view of Lake Charlevoix out of my window, which made time spent in the room very nice. And I was very close to the elevator and ice machine.
I wish there was some sort of a gym facility besides the pool. A small weight room maybe a couple bikes something like that would've been nice especially weights.

I liked the multiple options at breakfast. It would be nice if the warm items changed every other day for guests stating multiple days. Loved the complementary bottled water, and the early evening cookies were a nice touch. Staff me
Bet Cody went above and beyond for me in order to retrieve and save a forgotten item from our room.
The sound traveled a lot from the courtyard. Our room was missing the Do Not Disturb sign (brought once requested) and the basket for dirty towels mentioned on the instructions page. My sheet had a noticeable blood stain on it from our second night, yet the sheet was not changed—simply used to remake the bed. The check-in staff was not all that friendly.

Good location decent rooms nice staff
Bathroom needs updating, shower door stuck, side door does not lock, noisy we were in an end room and could hear people come and go. Neighbors dog barked constantly through early morning. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool was dingy and hot tub was broken last fall when we came and again this time.
