This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 2nd story condo (sleeps 7) sits nicely on one of the highest elevations only one mile from the bridge in downtown Charlevoix.
What sets our home apart from the other rentals?
1. Comfortable entertaining / relaxing areas throughout the home. Leather recliners, 5 HD TV’s with WIFI digital streaming, Amazon Prime videos and Samsung TV, gourmet kitchen, outdoor gas grill and 2 fireplaces.
2. A well stocked kitchen. Oil, spices, cookware, coffee makers, coffee, cooking utensils etc. Save a little money and prepare a few meals at home.
3. Premium King Coil mattresses. High thread count sheets, hypoallergenic pillows and covers. Nothing better than having a wonderful bed on vacation.
4. Added household items that are well stocked. From toilet paper to shampoo and soap and bath towels, you will feel like you’re at a 5 star luxury hotel.
Our home is centrally located to many entertainment areas and restaurants.
MANY restaurants within a couple miles;
Jax Northside Food and Spirits, Stafford’s Weathervane, That French Place, Scovies Gourmet, The Villager Pub, Bridge street Tap room just to name a few.
2 minutes to Mt. McSauba.
10 minutes from Bay Harbor.
15 minutes to Petoskey.
20 minutes to Harbor Springs.
30 minutes to Boyne Mountain.
35 minutes to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob.

• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Please do not request to book for parties of young adults.
• The Damage Waiver has been charged in the event something within our property is accidentally damaged during your stay. However there is a monetary limit of coverage that varies per property. All claims must be reported and approved by management in order to be covered by the damage waiver. Please inquire as to the monetary limit this property is covered for.

This place exceeded our expectations. We stayed here to enjoy the New Year at Charlevoix and to ski at Boyne. Location is on the north side and a quick 5 minute drive to downtown. Boyne was about 40 minutes on snowy roads. Kitchen was very well stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable. The owners have done an exceptional job with decorating and furnishing the condo. The kitchen was very well stocked. We hope to return!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. We were able to go to several amazing places with this home as our home base. We went to Traverse City to drive M22! We went to Mackinac Island to bike around it and to Sault St Marie because we wanted to visit! We also rented a boat over at the Cheboygan River and Mullet/Burt Lakes. So many fun things to do and so close to home!! Highly recommend!!

Gregg and Lisa are the perfect hosts. Great communication before and during our stay to make sure everything is going as planned. The place was perfectly clean. It had everything we needed and more. Deck and view were very nice. The bathrooms were HUGE with one having a hot tub and incredible showers in both. Perfect location to downtown and Depot beach. We will be back next year for sure.

The condo was impeccable and the location is very convenient to downtown. We drove up to Petoskey for a day of rock hunting. We also enjoyed the local scene including the mushroom house tour and Vue wine bar. We came for the Charlevoix Marathon race weekend but two of us chose not to run in the bad weather. Speaking of weather, it was mixed but when it was not raining, it was absolutely lovely!! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Gregg and Lisa!
