This 2,200 square feet ranch has a wide open floorspace with everything on one level! Large lot allows for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. Right in the heart of Charlevoix the beautiful! Close enough to walk downtown, but sill have your peace and quiet!

It was the perfect place for our family to be in Charlevoix for a family wedding at Castle Farm. Location was great, so close to shops and restaurants, and beach. Being able to have other family members come over after wedding events was a special perk when their accommodations would not allow extra guests to visit. The openness of the house, yard and fire pit made for a great place for our family hang out. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely house with us.

Had a wonderful time in Charlevoix staying at this house. Chad is a great host and so quick to respond. House is well equipped and a great location. We walked everywhere.

Beautiful home that was well stocked with just about everything you needed. Check in was super easy! Our host was easy to communicate with. I would stay here again and highly recommend it
