Beautiful place, wonderful setting in Bayview Association
We love going there but we were a little disappointed that they did not have the sit down breakfast like in the past. Glad to here they will be doing some updates in the future

The Historic charm of this hotel is truly wonderful. Rooms are comfortable and spotless. Beautiful updated linens. Tranquil views of the Bay View Community from every window. Close to fabulous shopping and restaurants in Downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs. This 10 day trip I am downhill skiing at Nubs Nob. Some of the best skiing in the Midwest!

Very well preserved charming 100 years old inn, with crooked floors, real keys still in use, quiet neighborhood, ample on street parking
You will hear your neighbors from adjacent rooms. And I mean you WILL HEAR them. I thought it was my phone ringing when it rang in room next door :D
Also very small room and too soft bed
