Large room with kitchen. Shower was excellent with plenty of towels. Located between Sagaya, Cuddy Family Park, and University Mall, on bus line, near library too. Friendly staff. Large window, good heater. Very convenient for our trip

Everything was clean. I appreciated the blackout curtain and the refrigerator. I liked that I could control the temperature of the room. I am thankful that the room was close to the elevator. The ladies who checked me (and a couple) in were nice and friendly. They were professional and kind. Thank you for the coffee in the morning!
I expected the rooms to be straightened and given clean towels everyday. I was surprised to see that there was no breakfast provided--I must have mistaken what I read online and thought that breakfast would be provided.
