The staff was the best! In Anchorage from the Kenai for surgery, we received so much kindness and assistance. From the initial greeting of someone to help with our luggage through the rest of our 4-day stay, we were pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and thoughtfulness of the staff. The room was clean and well maintained, but it was the people who were the number one reason we'll go back. The blonde lady at the desk, the talented breakfast preparer, the room service attendants--all of them made a not so pleasant (surgery) reason to be there much better. We will certainly return on future trips to Anchorage.

Good room size for 3 adults and 2 younger kids. Breakfast was good!

I traveled with young children, and the pool is very important to them. They were thrilled that unlike most hotel pools we visit the pool here was warm. I was pleased that the pool deck area was very clean and there were plenty of towels.
The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast spread has a large variety of food to choose from. I have some very picky eaters, but they were all able to find something they liked.
My kids were thrilled with the place. My daughters told me this was their new favorite hotel and want to stay here every time we come to Anchorage.
