Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston Downtown

It was nice, clean and comfortable with all needed facilities. The personal was very nice and friendly And the location of the hotel is great so you can reach any part of the downtown very easily

The location was perfect, near downtown and close to everything we wanted to visit. The room was large and comfortable.

The faucet in the kitchen sink had a problem, but we didn't want to deal with staff coming to repair it so we did not report it during our stay and we forgot to tell the staff when we checked out.

Clean and friendly staff

I didn’t appreciate them adding $10.00 extra to my bill saying I said I wanted to check out at 2pm instead of 11am. So they had to refund that cause i was checking out at 11am. And that’s when I found out this information and told the supervisor I didn’t request that.

The hotel location was excellent. It was close to everything, both by public transport and by car. The hotel had a very large reception area where you could relax for a while. The room was large, spacious, and quite comfortable.

Upon arrival and parking the car, we went to the reception desk. There was no one at the reception desk and it was quite noisy. You could sense an unpleasant atmosphere. I was standing in line waiting to check in when a parking attendant approached me and informed me in an unpleasant manner that I had to move my car. I asked why, as there was plenty of space around and I wasn't bothering anyone. Besides, I was about to unpack my luggage. It was very unpleasant. In addition, after about 5 minutes, a lady appeared at the reception desk who was very dissatisfied with her job - she also spilled water on herself, which made it even more difficult for her to control her emotions. It is worth mentioning that at breakfast, we had to remind the staff to bring the missing items and clean up.
