Great location and very walkable

The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was that I had to use valet, which is expensive, and there is not much space to leave your car if they happen to be backed up.

The staff is one of the most friendly I’ve ever met. Deborah was amazing with helping us decide what to do in town. The breakfast was really good!

The location, the Valet Parking, and the room layout and design.

I was following my son in the Marathon, which was the reason of the trip. The streets were blocked off so I was delayed in getting back to the Hotel to park and catch the finish. I still had time to make the finish, until I was stopped my a Hotel employee to sell me some membership that I wasn’t interested in. The system did not acknowledge my check in so she tried to put it in several different times with several different ways -and it never came up that I was a guest even though I showed her my room keys and I had just valet parked. I only came in to used the bathroom and then go to the finish line. But because of her nonsense delay. I missed my Son crossing the finish line after running 26.2 marathon by less than 5 minutes because a representative of their hotel delayed me for trying to sell me a membership I wasn’t interested in and her system did not recognize what I was later told a booking registration by a third party agency. I checked out later that day. I didn’t even stay that last night. I also had to call back the next day to make sure the Hotel showed me checked out, which they didn’t because the girl at the checkout desk said she would mark it for next day. They systems have to work better the planning has to work better.
