About this house rental
It is an independent villa, has three bedrooms, one double (with double bed), and two double bedrooms, with two single beds in each room. It has two large bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub, a large living room and kitchen. In the garden there is a pool for private use, this pool is not fenced. The house is furnished and perfectly equipped. The construction is from October 2003 and has been updated in January 2019. The house has wi fi, dishwasher and does not have air conditioning.
The address of the house is Paseo Marítimo de Cap D'Artruitx nº13, the house is in front of the sea, not the beach. The nearest beach (Calan Bosch) is about 800 meters walk from the house. The house is located in a quiet residential area, Cap D'artrutx, there are only houses around it, and in the marina of Calan Bosch you will find all kinds of services, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center, car and boat rentals , etc...

My family and I had a lovely stay..the villa was clean and had items we needed. The property manager was very responsive and was able to sort any queries, very promptly.

Casa muy bien situada. Muy calurosa y sin aire acondicionado ni ventiladores de techo...solo ventiladores de pie bastante antiguos que se desmontaban solo ponerlos en marcha....
Cocina con muy poco ajuar....faltaba incluso aceitera....
Saltó la luz por la noche y todo lo de la nevera se tuvo que tirar....
Una persiana tenia roto el cierre y no se podia cerrar....suerte que del calor que hacia dormiamos con todo abierto.
Los alargos de la mesa de fuera no se aguantaban...incluso cayo uno y rompio el movil de mi hijo....
Resumen: para ser una casa de alto nivel deja mucho que desear, a pesar de tener los baños recien reformados y de diseño....
Igualmente la isla siempre deja un buen sabor de boca
