About this house rental
It is an independent villa, has three bedrooms, one double (with double bed), and two double bedrooms, with two single beds in each room. It has two large bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub, a large living room and kitchen. In the garden there is a pool for private use, this pool is not fenced. The house is furnished and perfectly equipped. The construction is from October 2003 and has been updated in January 2019. The house has wi fi, dishwasher and does not have air conditioning.
The address of the house is Paseo Marítimo de Cap D'Artruitx nº13, the house is in front of the sea, not the beach. The nearest beach (Calan Bosch) is about 800 meters walk from the house. The house is located in a quiet residential area, Cap D'artrutx, there are only houses around it, and in the marina of Calan Bosch you will find all kinds of services, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center, car and boat rentals , etc...

My family and I had a lovely stay..the villa was clean and had items we needed. The property manager was very responsive and was able to sort any queries, very promptly.

On the plus side, the location (views) is great and road outside is quiet. The pool was lovely.
On the downside, the property is basic and not well equipped. Not enough bathroom towels to go round (although the property manager gave us more) and the quality of the towels was poor. No beach towels (to be fair they told us that before we arrived). House was very hot and despite being told there would be fans, there were only two in the property, and we needed one for each bedroom (3) plus one in the living room. The day after we arrived I went to the supermarket to buy two more and spend the morning putting them together.
The kitchen is not well stocked with cutlery or crockery and the appliances are very tired.
The pool was lovely but the pool loungers were broken.
Very low water pressure in the evening (often a dribble coming out of the taps) and not enough hot water for four quick showers (very small hot water tank).
Some simple fixes/upgrades would make this property lovely and good value, as it is in a great location (sea front).
