Great place to stay with young family. Villa just as described. Very clean & great size. There were 5 adults and a 2 year old in our party. Easy walking to the marina & beach. Plenty of shops & restaurants close by. Outside BBQ was a bonus.

I stayed with my family, 6 adults and my young grandchild for a week in mid September. The property is in an excellent location, quiet neighbourhood and just a short walk to beach/shops/water park/marina etc. The property itself had just about everything we needed for the week and the pool was great......we could alternate between relaxing days at the villa & exploring different places. The property was well equipped and spotlessly clean ......there were not enough cups or glasses for a family of six and some plates were chipped but one can expect that at the end of a season. Not a criticism but just an issue that bothered us was that it would have be helpful to have an information booklet to show where rubbish/recycling could be disposed and some information on local amenities .Overall we enjoyed the property and would consider returning to the resort

Just talking about the house itself, we were really happy wth it. Confortable and conform to the description of the add. The only bad surprise was the neighborhood. In between 2 huge Hotel comnplex, we suffered from the noise they make all day long and untill 11:00 pm at night...that was really bothwering us. Also the proximity of the Go Kart ( in the back of the yard ) add even more noise. Not the place to rest and enjoy a calm evening.

No welcome pack/information pack about where rubbish can be disposed of, when pool gets cleaned, we washed the towels only for someone to come to the villa asking if we wanted them washed. Lack of information about surrounding area and places to eat etc. 2. No sun umbrellas for around the pool and the canopy does not shade all the party if needed. 3. Broken sunbeds 4. Patio furniture to big for the space under the canopy had to keep rearranging it to seat everyone. 5. Bed sheets over white ikea settee's (not what I would expect from a villa of this size and description on homeaway) 6. Insufficient cutlery that Antonio sorted when I emailed him. 7. Basic kitchen utensils not high end and cheap, no proper bread toaster and travel kettle not sufficient for 9 people. 8. Broken dining chair so not everyone could sit at the table. 9. Broken light shade at foot of stairs and bare wires hanging from ceiling. 10. Single beds, cheap mattresses (or old) very uncomfortable and all that slept (or couldn't sleep on them as the case was) complained of bad backs and necks 11. Not enough pillows for any of the beds 12. The towels are of poor quality and not even bath sheets, not was expected and most had stains on them. 13. No hand soap in all of the toilets. 14. Both of the children had to be taken to the local doctor as they ear infections (the doctor has said it is from the pool) which I can only imagine was not cleaned properly. In previous villas we have stayed in all around the world, our pool has been cleaned daily, your pool was only cleaned once whilst we were there. 15. The extra bed was poor quality and the child slept with her feet higher than her head until we put blankets underneath her head to remedy this. 16. Had to request a hairdryer, even though in the description it said there were hairdryer(s) Location is perfect if you don't have a car and this Villa would be amazing if the small details were seen to, we paid a couple of thousand for a week so expected this to be high end and of top quality and it wasn't! Would definitely return to Menorca but not this villa unfortunately!
