Villa Lauvic

Fantastic villa with private pool. Spacious and clean. AC working well and it was needed 29* each day. Brilliant communication with owner Viktor. A real gentleman. Walking distance from waterpark and marina. Decking area to rear of villa for eating or chilling. Loads of off road parking. 100% recommend.

No criticism of villa. In general, large potholes in road leading away from villa. I recommend hiring a car plus insurance. Our car ended up with a mysterious dent in the side.

An excellent property, ideal for our purposes. We knew of the location and the proximity of restaurants etc

Todo! La casa tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy amplia, camas cómodas, todo muy limpio y equipado. El dueño súper amable, me resolvió todas las dudas incluso nos dio algunas sugerencias. Está cerca de calas preciosas, del faro para ver la puesta de sol y muchos restaurantes, supermercados, etc.

Por decir algo, tener que dejar la casa a las 10h, me parece un poco temprano, pero todo lo demás genial.

Location good

The HOST forgot we had booked a week stay, left us outside the villa stranded. The shuttle bus driver contacted VICTOR who informed him to use the key and he sent the key number over to open the door. Yet on his website it states that someone will be there to meet you on arrival. Several weeks before our holiday Victor asked us to send the €147 city tax by PayPal we supposed to give it to the person cash on our arrival. He did not inform us the there would be nobody there to meet us to give us access to the property. Sill waiting for an apology from him nothing but excuses. We have been to Cala en Bosch several times and stayed in villas and our other villa hosts were excellent.
