Simba's Lake House

Great location ideally sited for Disney and only a little jaunt to Universal. Lovely property with excellent facilities.

Nice and clean, loved the location

Need newer tv and pool needs to be heated!

Location was good, quiet area with easy access to all local attractions and shops/restaurants etc Great size property for a family with the added bonus of a good size private pool and games room. Nice touch with a welcome pack which saved having to purchase some essentials from the local supermarket. Appreciated the pool towels for use during our stay.

The villa was dated with signs of wear and tear which unfortunately lets it down a little (patches of bare carpet, mould stained pool furniture, broken/not working lamps, not enough cutlery for 4 of us to eat at the same time!). Would have been handy to have some kind of welcome information pack including local information and instructions for the oven, door to the pool area and aircon. As we are international visitors, some of these things were new to us and unfamiliar.

The location of the house so close to the Disney parks. So easy to get around !

The tile grout had black mold on it, the vent in the ceiling of living room had so much dust on it. The pool did not have directions for or how it can be heated. There was not enough of adequate lighting over the pool for swimming after the sun goes down. We wanted to swim after dinner and it was difficult to see the kids at night.
