Windsor Hills Resort - Water Park - Private Heated Plunge Pool - Near Disney

The property was perfect for our family of 6, we felt right at home from the moment we walked through the door. The fact we could check in at anytime was brilliant as our flight was delayed and we did not arrive untill around 3am. Everything was there that we needed to settle in straight away. There was a small issue that came up during our stay and Eric was fantastic, he was onto the service providers immediately to get it resolved. Also kept us informed of progress and did all he could to make sure we were comfortable. The pool and slides at the resort were excellent. It was never too busy and the fact you couldn’t reserve chair with towels etc when you left the pool area ment there was always pleanty of seating.

We really can’t fault this property.

It was very convenient and quiet.

The trash was not picked up. Daily

Bueno la piscina de la casa que estaba un poco sucia todo lo demás estaba bien 😊 y que no tuvimos suerte con el parque demás agua todos los días lo cerraron por lluvia y después lo volvían a abrir tarde y no pudimos casi ni disfrutar 😌
