About this house rental

With 1,600 sq ft, this is one of the roomier 3-bedroom townhomes in Crestwynd Bay. The king bedroom has its own attached bath, the queen bedroom has its own attached bath, and the kids' room has two twin beds. Sleeps 6 very comfortably, 8 with the living room sleeper sofa.

Set on Long Island Drive in a peaceful gated community, you're minutes from Disney, shopping, and restaurants, with the community pool a short walk away and free parking at the door. Pet-friendly, with in-home washer and dryer.

The full kitchen (range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender) is ready for real cooking. Free high-speed WiFi and flat-screen cable TVs keep everyone happy. Starter coffee and toiletries provided; Walmart and Publix are nearby for longer stays.

Location was 15 minutes max to AK, HS, and Epcot. Walmart is <5 minutes. Would stay again.

Pros: Home has all the things needed. Properly located next to Walmart, easy access to pool and stores etc. Cons: One annoying thing, there are no floor mop, broom or door mats...which lead lot of dust come in to home and quite annoying while walking , all sand and dust. especially if you visit beach and come back home...its soso hard to get rid off sand...
