Awesome service. We will be back!

The staff was very helpful. Especially the young lady that was the desk clerk. I had called that first morning asking if we could check in early. She told me that she would get with house keeping and make that happen for us. She then called me back later to tell me our rooms were ready. She went above and beyond to take care of us. Awesome service.

The breakfast was standard hotel offering, not much for a diabetic but it was okay. The location was wonderful the rooms were fabulous

Did not like the fact that the entry way floor and bathroom floor was filthy, walked around in my socks for a short period of time and my socks were filthy had to clean the floor with a wet towel

Hotel placed three women in room with one king bed and studio couch rather than two queen beds and studio couch, which was what I ordered and prepaid for.

Most of the staff at the front desk were friendly and always smiled when passing by.

Could hear in the next room over slamming the drawers around 0800.

Our stay there was disappointing

The location was good

-Our floor was greasy feeling and you could even see dirty shoe prints on the floor - the A/C said it was at 60 degrees, but it was at least 75 in there -the blinds were broke and wouldn’t go up and down

The staff was nice and it was in a really great location. The rooms seemed affordable.

The remote control did not work, the hotel seemed a little dirty especially in the hallways and elevator. The water pressure was horrible and the bed was very uncomfortable. The plugs for charging your phone on the nightstands also did not work.

A staff member walking around her place of employment wearing a bonnet. Very unprofessional. The elevators were very dirty. My shoes were sticking to the floor. The last day there was garbage in the elevator. Not monitored.

Found hair in the shower. No art work & it was like being in a dorm room. Echoed. No padding under the carpet. Very bare bones.
