The common areas of the hotel was amazing. I loved the lobby, bars, restaurant and lower level.
The room was a problem! It was small, cold and dank. There was no safe. No microwave nor any other amenities. Just a bed and a wardrobe dresser. The bathroom was an issue as well. The shower head was rusty and the shower was not very clean. Visible grime. The toilet seat was old and so worn the paint was coming off. If not for the bathroom, I would’ve rated the property a 9, maybe 10.

The style and ambience.
You could not turn on the bathroom light without the bathroom fan running and it was extremely loud , not a nice ambience.

The continental breakfast was a little skimpy, but everything was fresh. We had a great room, but the shower is designed in such a way that it's difficult to not get the entire bathroom soaked. The lobby bar is beautiful and the locals are friendly.
If you're staying at the hotel, they should just include the valet parking in the room price. I doubt that they get a lot of guest who don't use the parking. And, while I love the bar, the fact that they charge $2 for ice when you order a drink on the rocks is just infuriating (at least to me).
