the staff are very gracious and the property was clean. The restaurant wasn't super great but the service was wonderful and so were the cocktails!

The only thing that was great was the pool was very clean.
I was completely disappointed that there was not even any free fruit or juice available on the coffee bar area. I had to go to the restaurant to purchase muffins for my two daughters that is extremely disappointing for the price that I paid for the room.
That was also not communicated to me by staff at my check in time.
Level two was also extremely noisy. The walls and barriers are not very soundproof at all. I heard noise all night long.
Pillows were very non-supportive
