The location was perfect and pet-friendly, our two main criteria for choosing this hotel. Our stay was perfect. We appreciated the fact that the hotel allowed us to check out late. Two of us brought our own food because of food intolerances, but we did have room service for supper the first night and it was delicious. One of us, a friend who drove us to Morgantown, didn’t have food restrictions, so he ate supper in Smokin’ J’s restaurant in the hotel on the day we arrived and had breakfast there the next morning. He said the food was delicious, too.
We have nothing negative to say.

Cleanliness and room comfort
This was not the hotel I was supposed to be booked at. I was charged for both this hotel and the one I was supposed to stay at. There was no complementary breakfast which made it hard to feed my kids in the morning as they had an early meet. I had to pay extra for breakfast.

Cleanliness and staff were top notch.
I stay fairly regularly and the costs keep going up. Probably going to have to switch hotels if the price continues rising.

The new facility and modern furniture .. spacious parking.. laundry service..
The house keeping service was a joke 🤷🏽♀️ it nearly was me pegging them to clean my room
