Everything was clean, comfortable, updated style, good continental breakfast. The staff provided outstanding customer service. I also liked the Dove brand soaps and shampoo in the bathrooms and I loved that they provided disposable makeup wipes.

There weren’t really any places to plug in my usb or usb-c devices. Other hotels offer this amenity, like in the base of the lamps, and it would have been very helpful. Also, the on-site restaurant where you can order room-service refused to discount an appetizer order because they were out of the brisket that was supposed to be the big feature of the dish. They also messed up my drink order.

THAT THERE WAS A GIDEON BIBLE IN THE DRAWER!! THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER WORKED GREAT AND TH BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE.

THE FACT THAT SOMEONE HAD TO COME UP AND TURN ON THE TV. AND THATTHERE WAS NO GUIDE SO YOU HAD TO KEEP GOING THROUGHT THE CHANELS TO SEEWHAT WAS NEXT.

A step above most budget hotels. Shower clean and roomy

The only thing that was great was the pool was very clean.

I was completely disappointed that there was not even any free fruit or juice available on the coffee bar area. I had to go to the restaurant to purchase muffins for my two daughters that is extremely disappointing for the price that I paid for the room. That was also not communicated to me by staff at my check in time. Level two was also extremely noisy. The walls and barriers are not very soundproof at all. I heard noise all night long. Pillows were very non-supportive
