Bed was soft

Room was freezing, heater blew out cold air and was loud. It smelled. Was afraid to touch anything. Too late and tired to complain and try a different room.

Absolutely disgusting

Price

Bedding had cigarette burns, some other people's hair, shower had black mold growing in the corner. I travel for work and this was one of the first hotels I had to wear shower shoes just to take a shower. Noisy, had to un hook the coax cable for the TV and put it in the right hookup just to be able to watch TV. Fridge was nasty. Overall terrible

The room was very messy. Stains on the covers on the walls. It smelled horrible. If i could give it 0/10 i would! Would never recommend anyone to stay there!

Ok for a quick over night stay

Clean

I booked an ADA room. It was not easy to maneuver. Only 1 way to get in/out of the bed if you are in a wheelchair. Shower was ceramic tile floor in & out. Very slippery when wet… I almost fell while taking a shower. Shower is not easy to use for someone who has to sit to shower. Non-removable shower head. Sink was dirty and yellow substance on bathroom wall

Rooms was so filthy and dirty wash clothes left in the shower. I would not recommend this place . Some very sketchy people hang around in and out of this motel.

Families stay away

The bed was comfortable after I removed the blood stained comforter.

About everything. The only amenities in the room are a broken microwave and a mini fridge. The refrigerator wasn't even plugged in and it was really gross and dirty inside. The lock was broken on the door. People smoking cigarettes and weed inside. People fighting and screaming in the hallways. There is only coffee in the morning from 6am to 11am. They double charged my card and it took me days of being on the phone with customer service. I've still not got all my money back. So I missed out on time with my family and got an over draft fee because of them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FAMILIES DO NOT STAY HERE.

Do Not Stay Here Ever

They say "you get what you say for", this was no exception. They are lucky I haven't contacted an attorney, falling down a flight of stairs due to a faulty handrail that fell off the wall, throwing me into the wall below. Wow, and not to mention the filthy bathroom that neither me nor my husband would have considered a shower without a towel on the floor of it. And the endless wild goose chase through obvious unoccupied, even unhabitable rooms, we finally found our our personal hell hole.

Everything, highly recommend that you keep looking.

Under construction and sorely lacking both amenities and ethical behavior.

Low rates for the area, which is close to Indiana Dunes and Gary. There are some places to eat and drink very nearby. The hotel gives a nice first impression despite being very run-down: beds and furniture look great and the staff is very assuring that problems and shortcomings are being addressed.

The rooms I saw had doors which didn't shut without force. Deceptions I found included a neatly made bed with unwashed sheets, a bathroom that clearly hadn't been cleaned in quite some time (the rest of the room was fine), and a number of other red flags suggesting deliberate staff shenanigans. The night manager repeatedly promised to take care of problems in a certain time frame and then completely forgot to do anything. The day manager was supposed to have been informed of the problems but wasn't. Rooms are barely and unequally furnished.
