Kids unable to get in the pool. Wish we knew ahead of time, so we were able to let the kids know. We do not plan on coming back, a lot has changed since last year.

The property is nice. The beds are soft. You’re able to see the beach directly from your balcony and the trash shoot is conveniently directly down the hall from the room.

In the kitchen, along the baseboards the nails are poking out. We found out the hard way because our 10yo stepped on them. On the balcony there’s a bird nest under the reclining chair. The mother bird was constantly on the balcony. Also, the company falsely advertises free tickets to certain places. I called about it, received no call back. I sent a text about it to which the representative did not assist after I told her I had already reached out. The condo needs small updates to add to how nice it genuinely is.

I liked the location of the condo and I liked that there was a splash pad and lazy river for the kids. This is important when traveling with kids. Not every kids wants to play in the sand all day.

Received a text message with the door code to the condo and that was it. No other directions were given, like stopping by registration to register and pay for parking, how to find your condo, what the expectations of staying at that particular condo, cleaning upon checkout, checkout procedures, trash disposal, and supplies. We stayed for 4 days and there was 1 trash bag, 1 laundry pod, 1 dish washing pod and a total of 3 rolls of toilet tissue for 2 bathrooms, with 3 adults and 2 kids for 4 days. The cleanliness of the balcony and the patio furniture were gross. There was pigeon droppings covering the furniture and you couldn't walk out onto the balcony without shoes because of the bird droppings. Just unsanitary. The furniture was very uncomfortable - the king bed mattress is wore out, the couch and sofa bed was wore out. The Keurig coffee maker won't brew coffee unless you stand there and hold the lid down. For what I paid to stay at this condo with all these issues, I would have expected more...I expected better. People pay a lot of money to go on vacation with their family and when you stay in accommodations like this it is not relaxing and it is not enjoyable.
