Kid friendly and location was great.
The elevators did not work properly one day. There were too many people and not enough elevators you had to wait up to 20 mins or more at times

I liked the location of the condo and I liked that there was a splash pad and lazy river for the kids.
This is important when traveling with kids. Not every kids wants to play in the sand all day.
Received a text message with the door code to the condo and that was it.
No other directions were given, like stopping by registration to register and pay for parking, how to find your condo, what the expectations of staying at that particular condo, cleaning upon checkout, checkout procedures, trash disposal, and supplies. We stayed for 4 days and there was 1 trash bag, 1 laundry pod, 1 dish washing pod and a total of 3 rolls of toilet tissue for 2 bathrooms, with 3 adults and 2 kids for 4 days.
The cleanliness of the balcony and the patio furniture were gross. There was pigeon droppings covering the furniture and you couldn't walk out onto the balcony without shoes because of the bird droppings. Just unsanitary.
The furniture was very uncomfortable - the king bed mattress is wore out, the couch and sofa bed was wore out. The Keurig coffee maker won't brew coffee unless you stand there and hold the lid down.
For what I paid to stay at this condo with all these issues, I would have expected more...I expected better.
People pay a lot of money to go on vacation with their family and when you stay in accommodations like this it is not relaxing and it is not enjoyable.
