Wonderful and much needed family time

Property was very clean except for the bathrooms at the lazy river area. Overall it was a wonderful stay!!!

Nice but could have been better for the price.

The pool, the condo itself, the closeness to everything, the fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer.

The wifi (4 children needed WiFi and had to use my hotspot), the hot water (not enough- a five minute shower was the longest it would stay hot and we had 6 guests), and I asked customer service for one dishwasher pod and I was told no.

The lazy river

Floors in the condo turned the bottom of our feet black. For the price, pool towels should be available to guests. There were about 4 or 5 lights out in the condo.

Beautiful place with beautiful views! Would love to stay again!

The property was very nice! It was very spacious and decorated nicely. The beds were very comfortable! Location was perfect overlooking the lazy river and pool! Everything worked well! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The door code did not work until 30 minutes after check in time. Spent 30 plus minutes on hold and never got any help. Brenda the housekeeper even tried to help and could not get hold of anyone, not how Iike to start a vacation

Bad

The guest restroom was not working. Called several times and they took 24 hrs to fixed it. It had a poop odor, it was horrible.

Cleaning could be better but enjoyed our stay

The view was amazing, especially when it rained. The Pool and lazy river was a family favorite. We look forward coming next year!

Theres a small issue with with the cleaning, Only in the balcony. Spiderwebs in the corners and just dusty. We also had some issues with the App. As we Wanted to access the gym our code was apoerantly wrong. I sent an email but never got a reply.. But we did visit front desk and they were able to help is out.
