The Rooftop Experience
Climb the spiral staircase to your own private ~1,900 sq ft rooftop terrace. Soak in the 4-person hot tub as the sun melts into the Gulf. Fire up the private gas grill and dine under the open sky with seating for 10. During summer, watch weekly fireworks from your perch above it all — no crowds, no driving, just pure magic.
The Penthouse
Inside, every room faces the water. The open living and dining area seats the whole group comfortably, with a queen sleeper sofa and sliders opening directly to the balcony. The chef's kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and a 10-person dining table — no one's eating in shifts here.

Destin West Beach and Bay Resort surrounds you with amenities most hotels can't match — a lazy river, 4 heated pools, 3 hot tubs, and a private beach accessible via a pedestrian skyway bridge. The marina on the bayside requires no fishing license, with boat slips available to rent.
Everything Within Walking Distance
The Okaloosa Island Boardwalk, Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Crab Island boat and jet ski rentals, seafood restaurants, and John Beasley Park are all less than 10 minutes on foot. You won't need your car.

View from balcony and roof top beautiful. 15 minute walk to beach was a bit but was worth the walk. However beach chairs and umbrella were not included in cost of condo. Nice pool area. Condo large enough to give space to 10.

Gorgeous views! This spacious unit really offered the “wow” factor. Plenty of space for our family of seven. Easy pool access and an easy walk across the sky bridge to the beach.We loved the lazy river and bay-side pools; they were lush with greenery and palm trees. Plenty of chairs and tables with umbrellas.On the beach side, the ocean was crystal clear. The beach-side pool was huge, but had less shade. We loved this unit for the space it provided - everyone could spread out and still have a great view. The kitchen was well stocked. The only things missing were pot holders and scissors. We would definitely go back again!

Good location & good sized family room. We enjoyed the views and hot tub! But the place had none of the essentials (hand soap, extra towels, salt/pepper, only 1 trash bag, low on toilet paper, only 2 dish washer pods etc). Beds were rough / old. Most dishes and utensils were not clean and had food stuck on. The “4th bedroom” isn’t even close to a bedroom; it’s a pullout couch with a curtain attached to a wooden beam on the ceiling to separate it from the kitchen. 1 bedroom gets super cold and the other crazy hot. It just wasn’t worth the price. The units next door were cheaper and nicer all around.
