A-Lodge Boulder

Location just outside Boulder which is great because it’s close enough to the city but far enough to have a good quiet sleep

Just an amazing place to stay so relaxing and the staff are just wonderful : )

Great location, nice and quiet next to a flowing creek and close to a flowing river and a nice 2 mile walk into boulder.

It’s a nice location but as soon as we parked our car we could smell sewer smell.

When we went into the room the whole room smelled like sewer. I ran water down the drains to get the traps wet opened the windows and put the fans on.. it was later in the evening so I didn’t ask for a new room. But I did ell the staff and they said they would go in and check things put. The second night the smell was back and too late to switch rooms. When we complained and left the facility for an Airbnb the following morning , it took a couple of days to get the two nights we didn’t stay refunded and they refused to refund the two nights that we had to stay in a stinky room. This is truly poor business and I’ll be calling the Boulder board of health to have them get the management to investigate the seals in the traps and fix them if needed. Thankfully Booking.com credited us 1 night. But as a business owner I would have refunded all 4 nights to do the right thing and keep people coming back for good customer service.
