River Mountain Getaway-private, large, in- law apt

The vibes! Location - right by the creek, very thoughtful interior and holistic products. Beautiful outdoors. Julie was absolutely gem. We had a delayed flight and Julie greeted us with a warm smile at 10:30 pm! Oh the cat is adorable!

Very beautiful area and home with the creek right in the backyard. Space was large and was well-stocked with everything we needed.

It was a little further to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park than I thought but that was probably my error. The roads to and from those areas were fairly rough in some spots (dirt/gravel). Booking.com shows that this property has 2 beds but it only had one actual bed and there was an air mattress and cots in the living room. I think this was a perfect size for 2-3 people, but found it a little small for 4 adults. Very clean and very cozy. Our only complaint was that our first night the people in the home above us were very noisy until about 1 am. You could hear a lot of thumping and walking around. The second night we did not have that issue.

Unit is quite new, very modern, fully equipped other than AC, very close to city park for running my dog, and nice view of river. Hosts really went out of the way to provide great choice of comfortable furniture, stereo, tv with streaming, fully furnished kitchen and many basic cooking oils, etc. Jamestown is quiet and an easy place to walk around. Hosts came by just to say hello and make sure I had what I needed—wonderful people. Unit is decorated very well. Lots of books and games provided. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom is first class with lots of good soap/shampoo/condtioner.

Cute mother in law suite! It had a lot of space, and I liked that it had its own entrance. There was also no extra fee for our dog, which was awesome. Being next to the river was really peaceful, and it was fun to jump on the trampoline!

You can hear people in the other house during the day, but they were quiet at night.
