Front desk staff was very pleasant at night and in the morning
Well, my phone didn't work at all. I didn't have any cups. I didn't have soap. I did not have clean sheets. I took pictures because it looked like there was poop stains on my sheet plus a real long black hair, and I have blonde hair. I told the front desk. I made my bed myself with clean sheets. Frandesk was very nice. To me about everything he tried to meet my needs.As much as possibleI didn't like it that you can't get clean rags or towels for your next day.Unless you're there for 2 weeks which I think is crazy?

The staff was super friendly. They were very accommodating to our dog, which is the reason we stayed here.
The room claimed that it had a “full kitchen“. It did have a two burner cooktop, a refrigerator, and a tiny microwave, but it did not have a single pot, pan, dish, silverware, or utensils of any kind. There were two disposable plastic cups provided. Silverware sets and pan sets were available for sale at the front desk. Felt a bit like picking up a rental car and finding out you needed to buy your own tires.
