Bare bones with roaches

Staff, except for one daytime worker, were very friendly. Linens were crisp/stark white, and the room was clean. TV was oversized and new.

Roaches (at least one a day.) Nothing, as in completely empty, kitchenette supplies. Only one mini hotel soap bar for "toiletries." While clean, cabinets were old and damaged. This is an owner/brand issue as the workers were obviously doing their best.

The staff was great.

There were bugs in the room. We opened the door and a roach fell off of the wall. There were bugs in the bathroom as well. We were afraid to leave anything in the floor.

I don't recommend it

The location is good, there is a Walmart nearby and some other stores

To begin with there was a horrible smell in the rooms and corridors, in the room the stove did not work and when I reported it, they only brought me that "tomorrow they would fix it" but that tomorrow never arrived. There were cockroaches in the room. The bathtub didn't work, the water stagnated. The bed creaking at the slightest movement. And the fire alarms were activated in the middle of the night, they made us go out and be out for a long time, and all so that it was a false alarm.

Affordable, long term stay.

The room was neat and tidy upon arrival. The kitchen amenities made me feel like home. Guests and staff were friendly. The A/C was wonderful.

Horrible for the $ I spent

The facility was ok , staff was HORRIBLE. The lady was on drugs , threatening everyone there. She needs a dna hair drug test . She also has a guy walking around the halls long brunette hair looking at people and reporting back to her information. Totally uncalled for. She is a bully with an attitude problem.

My car was hit in back of building, it was parked and i wasn’t in it, another person saw it and told us. The manager did nothing. Absolutely the worst place so far to stay. Complete chaos, not prepared for customers, never open up front again all staff need to be drug tested. Constantly smoking on the property. Also you need to retrain all the staff on what an (Ada ), law is how to accommodate a united stars veteran with a walker and her service dog, without judgement. This was the worst place we stayed at.

ROACH INFESTED DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Wasn't there an hour before roaches starting coming out from EVERYWHERE, Called after hours support and showed them all the dead roaches and was told i couldn't move until next day. Was up until 4am killing roaches VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Had a few throw blankets in the car had to lay across bed for kid to sleep. Hung bags on rack so nothen was on the floor. Next morning had to take matters into my own hands and contact booking.com 5 times b4 I was giving a new room key for another floor which also had roaches crawling in cabinets while just walking in door. Then given a 3rd key and still found roaches on 4th floor. Hadnt showered or barely slept & Spent HOURS with my car running kid in car going back and forth with front desk and support Caleed a total of 12 times for a refund which I've yet to recieve a confirmation for. And was only offered half my money for 2 nights which is totally INSANE because we didnt even stay a full day I have NEVER in my life seen roaches in a Hotel. YOUR BETTER OFF GOING ANYWHERE else unless you can sleep with critters.

People were friendly but bring all your own supplies.

The staff was super friendly. They were very accommodating to our dog, which is the reason we stayed here.

The room claimed that it had a “full kitchen“. It did have a two burner cooktop, a refrigerator, and a tiny microwave, but it did not have a single pot, pan, dish, silverware, or utensils of any kind. There were two disposable plastic cups provided. Silverware sets and pan sets were available for sale at the front desk. Felt a bit like picking up a rental car and finding out you needed to buy your own tires.

Horrible

That it was off a main road

Soon as I walked in the smell was horrible throughout the whole lobby the smell was horrible in the halls as well like mold. I booked a suite with a queen bed and a sofa when I got to the room it was an old outdated room with just mattress on metal frame the clock was flashing behind the table was a white powder on floor there was no sofa I went to front desk and told them this is not what I booked and paid for she said the photo on booking are not real and they don’t have sofás in room with that I left immediately I couldn’t deal with look f Of the room and smell she said she gave me a refund I have yet to get it

The lady at the front desk was very helpful, and Greeted.us with a smile!

The bed we had Squeaked., reminded me of a bed you pulled out of a couch!, bathroom flooring coming up and missing pieces, kitchen dated...dented up fridge! The price not the highest but not the cheapest was just hoping for are stay to been a little nicer!

It sucked

No hot water. Upon check in nothing was disclosed about any kind of water issues. After getting settled in, went to take a shower and there was no hot water. We called the office and they stated that some facilities have hot water and some don’t. They didn’t have any other rooms to switch to and they said a refund was not an option. I will never stay nor recommend this place to anyone. I’m pretty simple but hot water is a big thing for me. And it should’ve been discussed at check in.

This hotel was was a mess, and I regret staying here, I didn’t think there were trash hotels like this

The manager was very nice

We stayed here because we needed to find a last min hotel but they kept changing our rooms because the keys did not work, -the rooms smelled gross -the beds are squeaky -rooms are not very clean -drawers don’t close and they are dirty inside -the bath towels are dirty they had hair on them -shower rod barely held up -cold water is actually hot water and vice versa -the phone does not work to call for service -1 elevator and its very noisy

Property was in a convenient location, right down the street from Walmart, and the gas station and my meet up point for work.

A lot of people loitering in the parking lot at night, and inside around vehicles. Hallways and elevator smelled heavily of marijuana.

Disappointing

The location was good for our trip.

The cleanliness of the room was not good, all of the previous occupants trash was still in the room. All of the hallways smelled of smoke from people smoking in their rooms. My daughter was afraid to go in the elevator due to the loud screeching noises from the brakes. The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the building was disturbing and we spent the first night trying to find another hotel in the area. The lighting wasn't working properly and turning off a light switch by the door turned the TV off and there were bare wires in the cabinets above the sink.

Clean facility, friendly staff, but very skimpy on the necessities!

Quiet area. Front desk staff very helpful!

No coffee pot in room or on site. Had to go buy coffee pot and supplies. Only 3 pillows on bed. Had to go buy pillows. Only a sheet and a cover on the bed was the same thickness as a sheet. Had to go buy a quilt. As far as linens you get exactly 2 towels and 2 washclothes. According to the sign at the front desk if you needed more, you had to pay extra. Would have been cheaper to stay somewhere else. Also it is a non-smoking facility, but was very “herbal” smelling inside.

Bed bug bites all over my body

I stayed at this location overnight I woke up with bed bugs bites on my back on my side I’m still itching I went downstairs to complaint and there was another guess at the front desk with a bed bug inside of a water bottle complaint abt bites on her leg and back. please don’t stay here this hotel is a hazardous infested with bedbugs and the elevator smells like urine.

Disappointed in quality.

Lady at the front desk was very nice and sweet.

Didn’t think it held up to what was shown on listing. We got a smoke free room but it smelled god awful and like it had been smoked in for a very long time. Don't think it was worth the fee. Definitely not the worst I’ve been in but was disappointed.

This place is wonderful. I am in a wheelchair. The staff here go over and above normal to be helpful and friendly. The staff include: Colin the GM, Brenda, Roxie, Dorie, and the maintaince man. They are all wonderful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it to either anyone from a single female to a family. Tonda L. Long

Not a good experience!

we couldn’t watch tv. No internet service, the people upstairs were super load couldn’t get ahold of front desk to report our issues. The next morning we waited a bit to return the key because no one was there and when they did show up and I told them about our experience it was no big deal to them. I would never stay there again!

Everything. Misrepresented, this is not a hotel it's a rooming house. Filthy filthy, The odor was overwhelming I did not feel safe even in the parkinglot, I refused to stay. Thank God I had free cancelation up until 6pm day of check in. I expect a full refund.
