We were greeted immediately we got out of the car. The young man took our bags and then organised valet parking for us. Offered a glass of wine and water. The suite was fabulous. Large bathroom with big walk in shower. Very clean and a central fire place that would be wonderful in the cooler months

+ located right in the hard of down town which made it very walkable
+ easy parking in covered garage included
+ breakfast was very tasty and service was great (this actually beat my expectations in this area!)
(note that the following points may appear minor but for the price of the room I found them annoying)
about room:
- the room had only 1 shared nightstand for 2 king beds meaning 2 ppl didnt have any nightstand (or lamp!)
- the room had very sparse lighting and was far too dark
- only 50% of eletrical outlets in the room worked (leaving us with just 2 plugs and no USBs) [I pointed that out to staff but beyond a "so sorry" there was nothing and no offer to help either]
- the clock showed a totally random wrong time (this is minor but again: at this price id expect the hotel to check the clock's time)
complex
- the outdoor terrace while nice was very noisy with all the room ACs facing it
- same as the room the property was dark. especially in floor and elevator this was way too much
