Loved the location and the room itself was beautiful! There was a drink station on each floor, well-stocked 24/7.
I had one suggestion for improvement and already mentioned it to the establishment. Also, the parking was very limited for the annex building we were in.

The property was a brilliant location located directly across from the general store and a short stroll into town. Parking was ample and free.
The heating was quite loud and “blowy” Perhaps this is just not a system that we are used to being that we are currently residing in the UK. The bathroom could do with updating but for a short stay it was passable

the location in woodstok was ideal to stroll into town. the room was warm - as in temperature. the bed was faily comfortable. the room was big.
every single shower we took was was cold. when trying to correspond via the number provided i never got responses. i asked for the hot water situation to be rectified and was completely ignored. i never saw a staff member. the "coffee bar" is a keurig with some pods and coffee mate. i restocked the coffee mate one morning because there wasn't anymore out. the decor in the room was sparse and worn but not shabby. would have been nice to have a coffee station IN the room vs by the cold front door. just a few changes could improve this place. i never went into the main building to see whatever their snack pantry thing was but when i looked it up, it seemed like a glorified vending machine. all in all, i won't be back.
