MODICA SUITE is a charming and independent tourist apartment located in the historic center of Modica, overlooking Corso Umberto I, a "good city lounge" full of shops and cafes.
The apartment, just renovated and furnished with careful attention to detail, consists of entrance, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and large double bedroom.
Modica Suite is equipped with all comforts: LCD TV, SAT TV, double glazed windows, air conditioning / heat pump, radiators, equipped kitchenette and large shower, the pride of the hotel, with chromotherapy and cold water cascade .
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 people: the living room and the bedroom, according to needs, can be equipped, respectively, with a double and a single bed.
The accuracy of the finishes, the services and the comforts make Modica Suite a structure able to satisfy even the most demanding tourist.
MINIMUM 2 NIGHTS
The prices include electricity, water, gas, kitchen and dishes, bed and bath linen, initial and final cleaning. (Bed linen and towels affect € 2, 00 per person for the whole stay)
The prices are however to be agreed in relation to the period and length of stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura dal 12/08/2017 al 26/08/2017. Struttura nuovissima e piena di comodità (su tutte la doccia con cromoterapia e cascata d'acqua fredda). Fondamentale è la posizione, proprio sul corso principale di Modica a due passi dalla movida modicana fatta di ristorantini gelaterie e pasticcerie di grande qualità. Abbiamo passato una stupenda vacanza girando tra i centri che rappresentano il fiore all'occhiello del barocco italiano e spiagge ampie e mai troppo affollate come Sampieri, Pozzallo & company.
In ultimo, ma non meno importante, ringraziamo di cuore il proprietario della struttura il sig. Carmelo giusto mix di ospitalità siciliana e discrezionalità svizzera.
Grazie ancora e speriamo di rivedere nuovamente questa terra così bella e ospitale.
