La casa è comoda, centrale e ben organizzata, con una splendida terrazza con vista della città antica. Per chi vuole vivere e tornare a tempi passati, fare un tuffo nelle case dei benestanti del novecento è un luogo ottimale
Nulla in particolare. Suggerisco soltanto di togliere alcuni oggetti nei cassetti dei comò per essere utilizzati per gli indumenti ma é soltanto uno spunto di miglioramento.

Posizione centrale e terrazzo panoramico
Casa da rinfrescare e da rimodernare, troppi oggetti personali del proprietario che rendono l' ambiente caotico. Il secondo bagno inutilizzabile per la presenza di materiali nella vasca. Casa fredda con due condizionatore di cui uno non funzionante. Peccato perché la struttura ha un ottimo potenziale per essere valorizzata.
