My first room was terrible (sound from outsde) , simply handled by the front desk in a very nice way.
First and thrid day the young lady at serving breakfast, so nice ! Impressive.
Second day at breakfast, seriously....if you have a bad mood , don;t take it out on customers. A smile is a big difference.
I wanted to book directly at the Mreidine, not possible, full. So I booked through booking.com: possible. But now no reward points ! Why bother booking adirectly then.

Staff at check in were friendly. The room was as expected. I liked the toothpaste in the bathroom. The art on the second floor was interesting.
Room was not over the top (I paid $@200, I would have been angry if I paid $600). The breakfast did not start early enough. Staff at breakfast was sullen

It was perfectly located to the convention center and wonderful restaurants.
I loved it but if I had to pick something to improve, a better coffee shop in the lobby would have been a bonus. The one there didn’t have much.

I liked the room we chose. The Guild House restaurant so close to the hotel is an added benefit.
The location and our room facing High Street made it extremely loud from racing cars, to motor cycles and emergency vehicles too. The band playing below was extremely loud too. The fire alarm going off at 4 am left little to be desired also. It was a false alarm.
