I love the room! It was so clean, and felt safe keeping my items in the room. Valet parking was worth it!

We did not encounter anything that we didn’t like about the property. However, the bed was not as good as we were expecting.

The cleanliness of the facility was good, the location was good, especially for are traveling reasons, we like that it did have valet parking.. We really liked that it had a rooftop restaurant and bar along with an additional restaurant inside as well.

The rooms were tight. The water pressure was horrible. On so, ice machines were only located on even number floors.(2, 4, 6) we were put on an odd number floor., also, when asked for a late checkout due to our flight changes, it was denied,, the staff was by far, not the friendliest.. We travel quite a bit, and this was a disappointment. Especially after we had come to the rooftop bar, on our last time of travel to Columbus and decided to try the hotel and rooftop bar again, so our surprise It was a disappointment.
