Very friendly staff, everything was clean including the pool area and restrooms! I came with kids so having clean restrooms is always a good thing! I loved that you can communicate through text with the receptionist with any questions you may have and they respond in a timely manner with the name of the staff member communicating with you! Also breakfast was included with mt stay and it was a good breakfast we definitely enjoyed it! Very close to the zoo, aquarium and other places with a good amount of fast food options and restaurants.
Wish our room had a microwave.

Hotel currently in renovation. Lifts are unusable several hours a day. Water temperature was messed up (due to boiler room issues). Sometimes boiling hot, sometimes only cold.
Room thermostat was broken and AC temperature could not be adjusted. Asked for it to be serviced 3 times to no effect.
Usually our stay at this hotel is very pleasant but this time not so. The renovations had too much impact and should have been better managed.
