The location is outstanding, especially if you are visiting ASU. The rooftop bar is a gem. Great views. The staff was friendly, happy, and very helpful.
Small rooms. The beds were lumpy. The morning breakfast was barely truck stop quality. The coffee was thin and tasteless.

Good location and environment.
$100.00 deposit fee for parking as well as how noisy the tram was throughout the night, room temperature wasn’t constant and was hot and stuffy throughout the night.
