This Hotel is in perfect location. The staff are friendly. The rooftop bar has amazing view. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. Parking was the only downside otherwise great stay.

The hotel was very clean and friendly. Valet parking is $39/night (a no for us). Public parking is $16/day, but you have to lug all your luggage for a LONG WALK. No microwaves in the room. No extra seating in the rooms (no chairs or couch unless you get a huge suite). No jacuzzi in swim area. Mostly an adult hotel in the center of the ASU campus. The people in the pool didn't seem to appreciate there was a kid that wanted to swim too. I wouldn't recommend for families with kids. More of a college party scene. Which is fine. They do allow dogs. We saw several at the pool that were very well behaved.and friendly.
