Pool, breakfast, beds, bathroom, bed, culture, ambience. My bf said the buffet breakfast was amazing
Hallways, elevator, no ceiling lights so you had to walk into a dark room to turn on lights, empty mini fridge

Due to the snowstorm, we were able to check out earlier than expected and were offered a refund on the 2nd night.
Prior to arrival, we were sent a text message that they were short-staffed & cleaning services would be limited. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room/key to a room that was already occupied. Thankfully, we were provided another room, but it required us to carry our luggage back down a flight of steps and across the parking lot.

The staff at check-in was very pleasant (Phoebe) and the continental breakfast was very good. It was also very conveniently located for our concert at the Bryce Center. The beds were clean and comfortable.
Our floors were dirty… had not been swept or mopped and there was hair in the shower. There was an almost empty roll of tp in the bathroom with no extra roll and only 2 towels for 3 guests.
