Room and hotel was very clean. The receptionist when we checked in and checked out was super nice and talkative. Good location to BJC. Beds were comfy.
Walls are very thin, heard the couple fighting all night next to us. Shower in our room was like a spaceship capsule and we needed to leave the door open because it was so small in there.

Located close to the college campus, restaurants close by, and overall was kept in good condition.
The room we booked was pretty small. Thankfully it was just two of us, but it’s one of the smallest rooms I have stayed in.

Breakfast was difficult to access due to 20 college players consuming the entire area and food
Interrupted at 3am by loud noise from room next to me

This may have been the best experience I've had in a hotel. The room was spotless including the bathroom. The water pressure was fantastic. I could tell that the maintenance staff actually cared because the bathroom had a hint of a new paint smell, yet there was not a single mark of paint on the light switch covers! They actually took the time to remove the covers and to cut in from the ceiling properly.
Staff was super nice during check in.
Breakfast included a waffle station, cereal, bagels, juice, and muffins (probably more, I'm just forgetting).
Honestly, that I couldn't teleport there and instead I had to drive there.
The only negative thing about the stay was that someone had turned the lamp off at the lamp so when I turned on the switch after entering the room (at 1am), the light didn't come on. But, that was such a minor inconvenience that was very easily overlooked by all the positives.

Accessible; clean; helpful staff; good breakfast (very important to me personally)
The a/c; I wanted a continuous fan and couldn’t get it

Location to the things we were in town for
Our bathroom ceiling flooded from the room above us in the middle of the night and nothing was done about it. In addition and unrelated to the flooding, another portion of the ceiling was falling off in chuncks. Nothing was done to rectify the situation or make it right. Refund was declined due to the booking method, by using booking.com.

Hotel is close to PSU, but in a very compact area. Very busy the night I was there.
Staff was very helpful.

Didn't have time to eat, but the coffee cups were way too small!
Lack of towels in the room, always need 3, and a spar box of Kleenex when they are close to gone would have been appreciated.

Too much noise. You could hear people showering in the near by rooms among other noises.

We had a great experience here. Clean room, decent breakfast, wonderful staff, fantastic location.
Zero complaints other than trying to find a parking place after the game, lol. Few u-hauls and busses parked lengthwise taking up a lot of space in lower lot but the hotel has zero control over that!

We had to make last -ish minute reservations to visit our daughter. However it was a football weekend, which means prices are super elevated. We didn't have high expectations, but the Sleep in was clean, comfortable, quiet, and super friendly staff. Came away really impressed.
Pricing for football weekend... yikes!

I was given a Penn State gift upon arrival. The location was close to Penn State and dining options. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were cool and crisp. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

Cleanliness, decor, beautiful flowers outside, very well maintained. Lobby not generic. Good mattresses and pillows!
The bathroom was very small - a shelf or two and a few more hooks would help. But clean and well lit.

Staff was very nice and helpful!! They let me park in the lot before check in. Public parking is at a premium on college move in day! very helpful!

Good location, good parking.
Sub-standard rooms - smallish, small bathroom opens into bedroom, no door lock), loud a/c stuck on high fan, with odors from air filter, mediocre breakfast.

The room was large and modern. The whole hotel looked super clean. Breakfast was great as compared to similar hotels. Fantastic location with College Heights a few blocks away and Penn State just down the road. Nice selection of places to eat extremely close by.

breakfast was good and so the location.
The staff member who checked me in on Thursday July 17th around 8:15 pm wasn't friendly at all and she did not offer us the complementary bottles of water as she did with other customers.

At booking, we asked for an early arrival. We arrived at 10AM. There weren't any rooms available and were asked to return in 1-1.5 hours and that our name would be prioritized. We were able to visit within the town and returned about 1.5 hours later and our room was ready. Both hot and cold breakfast bar was offered. Fruit and infused water offered to take at your leisure. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean.
Not pet friendly.

Area and price
Went up to my room after booking a 1 queen bed, went to my room and it was a 2 bed set up with really small mattresses . Went down to rectify and was given a smidge of attitude , after getting the correct room set up that I booked the room smelled like cigar, like freshly smoked in. Went down again to rectify situation and clerk was very rude and super bothered by it meanwhile I was very respectful throughout it all.

I needed to switch my room from a single to two double beds and this amazing lady Kim completely understood and made that change for me immediately. I was doing the Penn State orientation and the dorms were beyond steaming hot and stated she was a mom and made that change happen immediately I booked two other stays!

Nice free breakfast with waffle maker, yogurts and cereal, and breakfast sandwiches you can heat up. Easy check in and check out, rooms are clean and tidy. There is plenty of parking available.
Hair dryer wasn’t working in our room, but we didn’t need it much.
