The breakfast was fantastic and the room was so comfortable the bed was amazing. Maria and her husband were so accommodating and we really enjoyed our stay here in Anchorage.
We didn't realise it was so far from the main part of town and restaurants but you can easily catch a taxi or Uber into the centre.

The property was very clean.
We were not able to use the grounds of the property nor the lounge area on our first night. The owners were going to a prayer meeting and locked the upstairs parlor that had the only view of the premises and the creek. Our only alternative was to stay in our room. The outside gardens were all overgrown and there was no place to sit comfortably and were in disarray with fences in need of repair and discarded buckets and other objects littering the sidewalk. We walked to the nearby park but felt unsafe due to the tent village set up near the creek. I could not recommend this place to friends.
