Location was good. Access to waterpark
Being on qst floor. The room above had kids running in the room. Room was good but some areas you could see that it needed some update

I enjoyed the water park for the kids, the beach was great and the restaurants was good.
I didn’t care for my room the mattress was hard, the bathroom tub had hair in it, the floor needed to be swept. And we didn’t have an iron nor ice container or trash can. And I went to the front desk the next morning 7am and requested these items and never received them.

Everything you need was there, that's what I love about the place.
We had to partly clean up before check out and get our own towels if needed some.
