Bit noisy as close to a bar but not a real problem as such. Toiletries were not replaced regularly. Breakfast was ok but limited selection The guy that prepared the breakfast wasn't particularly engaging!

Great Location with comfortable rooms

Loved the location. Reasonable price given the location and time of year (Feb). Room was clean, comfortable, and inviting. I don't think there's a bad room in the place. The pool was clean and warm. Victor was very helpful.

No on-site parking, though we were able to park across the street in a private lot for $20 day. Breakfast was good, but they decide what breakfast will be instead of cooking what you want (they provide 2 options if you don't want what they're serving that day). Breakfast staff was ok. My wife and I had breakfast there our first day, but elected to eat at Moon Dog the next day (which was excellent).

I would probably choose somewhere else to stay next time we come to Key West

The location is great . It’s a small property but over all well kept. The downfall is the Green Parrot bar is just two doors down and creates a lot of late night noise. The front office people were amazing.

The “cook” who made the complimentary breakfast, had a really angry disposition. He was extremely burdened by every task, and was just down right rude.

Cleanliness in room leaves a lot to be desired. Floors and skirting boards need a good scrub. Treacherous stairs to upstairs room so not for mobility challenged.

Great Hotel..Shame about the Staff!!

The room/location were excellent and very clean also...

Breakfast was poor! With limited seating. We witnessed a dispute with another guest, who was rudely told to leave as he had a young child with them!. Seeing as the hotel is a adult only hotel this can be seen as a reasonable request. However, the staff ranging from the cook to the management were disgusting in handling the situation. The female manager swore at the couple using the F-word in front of their young child and also other guests...which we found very very unprofessional to say the least.... Common decency dictates you take the customer to one side and speak privately to resolve any issues which they did not do!!. For this very reason only we will not be visiting this particular hotel again , which is a shame because it was a beautiful property.

Alexis and her staff top notch Lovely daily breakfast by Chef Derek included poolside Head housekeeper was very efficient and on top of guest needs Friendly casual classic key westy vibe Not corporate not resort fee culture Next to Green Parrot for great live music Location was the best

Unfortunately they had to redo the pool deck while we were there but they were very accommodating able to move our room for less disturbance and it was only closed for one day Unfortunately after booking the costs dropped almost a third after the cancellation date. So we paid over $500 more than the last posted costs

Bright and comfortable stay right in Old Town

The location is excellent in Old Town. Walking distance to everything. The room has everything you need and is comfortable. The staff are really nice and have lots of great recommendations. It’s a really cute spot and is locally owned.

The AC could be a little better. It’s hard to get the humidity out of the room. The bathroom window can’t open because it’s antique so it’s hard to circulate air flow on cooler days.

Oasis right the in the middle of everything

We loved our stay at the Coco Plum Inn. The location was unbeatable - in the middle of everything. We found street parking very easily, but we are from a city and are used to that. If you are unsure, there is a lot down the block you can use. The staff were all great. It was the cutest inn in the middle of a vibrant city. And the pool!! Great for a dip after a long day of exploring. Made-to-order breakfast on the porch was also a treat.

While we thought the bathroom and shower was fine, it was not hotel or spa level - older tile, low water pressure, that sort of thing. This was not a determent to use, but if it will ruin your trip, you may not want to stay.

The location was fantastic!

We had tiny ants in our room, on our bedside tables, bathroom counter, etc. Our friends’ room didn’t have properly working air conditioning and despite complaining, it was never fixed. They also had ants. The food was very cheap and very underwhelming even for a free breakfast offering.
