Everything was great, very friendly staff and room as very very clean, which makes a big difference, we will definitely be back!
No pool, but we know that is out of your control!

Nice little hotel, well located slightly off Duval Street where all the bars, restaurants and shops are located. Breakfast was a continental basket delivered to your room, with a good selection choice.
There was a noisy cockerel which gave you a morning call, but then they are everywhere in Key West

The property is generally quite delightful. It's brightly - but tastefully - painted, and immediately looks welcoming. The room was great, very comfortable, with good beds. One of the features I most enjoyed is a sort of balcony that runs right round the building, and was a lovely place to sit with a glass of wine as the sun went down.
