Grab and go breakfast in hotel restaurant, was poor. Plastic food.

Very well located hotel in the heart of times square, bed and room was good sized
as a central location, noise is inevitable charge for storing luggage was unusual

Location was fantastic. The Art Deco style really added to the charm. Staff were always very accommodating and friendly

Staff were not overly friendly, the porters were quite rude and on check in we weren’t given any information (as I had overheard given to the previous check in staff) I wasn’t impressed by the offer of 50dollar early check in fee - after they’d started looking at our docs and the actual check in queue at 3pm was appalling - more staff and more efficiency needed The staff in the Friedman were friendly but service was slow and the free breakfast was poor
