Very disappointed

The staff there made it impossible to enjoy any comforts of their hotel. I arrived later than I had scheduled to check-in. So there was nobody to check me in and I already had paid for my room just needing to shower and couple hours of sleep!

The entire room. There were roaches, the sheets weren't clean, the AC sounded like it wasn't working right and the charging ports didn't work and no phone in the room and the furniture was old and gross.

Low cost & roomy.

Staff was kind, friendly, and respectful. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was quiet.

Strong smell of cigarettes evident in the non-smoking hall. We brought some air freshener back from Walmart to make our room pleasant.

The room was dirty. The plumbing was bad. He flushed the toilet and knocked on the whole wall. The heater did not work and it was real cold outside. Restroom door had mildew on the top. Room 132 feb February. 9 2025 check in at 9 9 o’clock

I liked how easy it was to book and have room already reserved, saves time and effort.

Holes in the wall, mirror, torn up and dated beds and sheets. When I opened the refrigerator, a roach came running out. Needs work and cleaning throughout the entire property..

No Hassel. Quick service. Quiet. Cute inner courtyard for BBQs. Interesting lay out.

The lady that was clearly living there full time, hanging out, outside her room asking passerbys questions and for stuff. She asked my 15yr old what her social security number was. Glad my teen has a good head on her shoulders and her dad was at the car unloading near by. The window of her room had all kinds of personal stuff. It was clear she lived there. Shady hotel. And roaches in the tub when I got up at four to pee. 👀😱

it was awful!!

There were no towels in the room so I went and asked at the front desk for towels - he said ok and never took them so an hour passed and I went back and asked again and he said we had to wait for the maid to get here at 10- I told him that we need to be somewhere soon and he didn’t seem to care. A lady finally comes to bring towels but only will give us 2 big towels a wash cloth and 1 hand towel for 4 adults!!! How is that possible? when I asked for more she said they couldn’t give us more so we shared towels - in my opinion what the hell is the purpose of showering to share towels!!!

Good location to The University

wasn’t kept up very well. No tissues, cups or coffee for the coffee pot. No ice bucket wasn’t even sure where the ice machine was. No breakfast. I think we’re past the time for covid being the reason for no breakfast.
