Locking system not good. Had to put in a 10 digit code to open the door. Supposedly you can create your own 4 digit code for entry, but it only worked one time, not convenient at all. It is advertised as a Boutique Hotel, not. Very few amenities, low quality linens, very basic.

unfortunately, it was raining during my stay and I had to stay in my room so I couldn’t utilize the lovely outdoor space. the chairs in my room could have been more comfortable (they seemed more for patio use), and there was no small table for eating or working. These small improvements would have made my stay perfect!

It was a very comfortable stay, the room was spotless and the parking was safe and easy.

The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. It was also wondeful to be able to utilize the ice machine and outside area.

The fact that the Sedona shuttle goes into the night made it difficult to sleep as it was very noisy and went right up the road by my window. I would think that Sedona could figure out a way to alternate shuttle routes so that the same route can be altered on differing streets.

The property was very cozy. I loved the personal touch. They had coffee, microwave along with water bottles and mints. We will definitely stay again at the property when we visit Sedona. The property was walking distance from uptown sedona.

Great value and superb location.

Location is superb as are the facilities. The first night I couldn't get the deadbolt to work but it was easy enough to move the striker plate the next morning. The Uptown Suites provide what you need, a comfortable bed, room, kitchen and shower. Ticked all of our boxes and onsite parking.

A little heavy on the scented cleaner but eventually that wore off. Small nit for the value.

I would stay here again. Great location, spacious clean rooms and decent price value.

Location was great. Walking distance to coffee, shops and restaurants. For stargazing, short 5 minute drive up on the same road as location (Jordan Road). Room and bathroom was very clean. Easy email check-in with instructions to create your own 4-digit key pin for the front door. Check-in email is sent to you early morning the day you are booked. Parking space is in front of your room.

The check-in is at 3:00 but our room was not available till 4:00 due to late cleaning for whatever reason. Not a big deal as there are shops close by to keep you occupied and you can leave your car in your reserved spot. If I had to find a negative in the room, the highest heat level for the shower is hot but I personally prefer a few degrees warmer than what it was. But good water flow and clean.

We loved the location. Literally steps from the main shopping and eating areas as well as a trailhead or two. We also enjoyed the small outdoor area including fire pit and ice machine.

The mattress felt like a foam version that we struggled with. These mattresses snake it difficult to find comfortable positions as you just sink into them.

The location was great. Within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see.

The location was near a busy road and noisy with traffic. The bathroom shower backed up so that we were standing in water after half of a shower. The entire place needed new paint fairly badly but especially the bathroom. The bathroom also needed a deep cleaning; there was mold around the shower, etc.
