Enjoyable

I’ve stayed here before and the price is good rooms are cozy AC/heater work great. Fridge and coffee maker work great , couch is comfy and perfect size.

This go round the toilet was horrible it was hard to flush and the bed was too soft and the pillows were too small and too soft . Couldn’t get a good 3 hours of sleep woke up in pain or an ache.

It's a basic hotel. Be prepared to wait at check in.

Check in is always a hassle. I travel for work and the reservations are made by my supervisor through booking.com. This time, I was told that we paid too little for the room we reserved and I was expected to pay the difference. We had to call my supervisor and wait for email exchanges before they would finally give me the keys to my room. I drove over five hours and then it took about an hour for them to check me in. Super frustrating for all involved.

Lots of hot water and good water pressure.

Check in was bad, they tried to give me the room my son reserved. Once I did get the room I reserved, it wasn't in good condition. Carpet was stained and so was the foot guard cover. Looked like college kids had a party in the room.

Affordable place to stay if you are needing somewhere to crash while driving through the area

There was a really nice restaurant next door. The bed was comfortable. I could barely hear the neighboring guests. There was enough room and seating for a friend to stop by and visit for a couple hours

The sliding door in the lobby was malfunctioning. The person at the desk was very transactional. The bathtub was not very clean. We had to dodge traffic to get to the parking on the other side of the building

I didn’t stay due to horrible WiFi and unable to work. Do refund received would even let me come in to the office to check out just cracked the door and took my key card said manager will contact me and never did

The rooms are surprisingly nice compared to how the building looks on the outside.

Every time work has made reservations here we have issues at check in. They either do not write down our reservation despite confirming over the phone, do not have the rooms needed or on this most recent stay, the lobby was open but there was no one manning the desk. Just a sign that said they would return at 4pm. Our staff arrived before 4 and was stuck waiting around and the motel staff person was late in returning. Since the lobby is a small walk in office with just the check in desk, it was annoying that staff had driven for five hours and then had to stand around waiting on being able to check in. They also do not have voicemail set up or alternate contact info. If there was another hotel option in Monmouth we would use it and not look back.

I was late checking in and couldn’t answer my phone while I was working. Thankfully they stayed open for me. Shower head was low for me and I’m 5-9. But water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. Bed was very comfortable.

The smell, the stains on carpet, the noise from people hanging outside my Rm talking. The man who checked me was really nice so it’s not his fault, but the carpets need to be changed! I have a small dog who is well trained & didn’t even want her walking on it & only walked in sandles inside the room.

Really close to everything in the town considering it is a very small town.

Rooms did not look like the photos, they were old with cracks in the walls and dirty stained carpet and walls. Pillows smelt like cigarette smoke so did the sheets. No blankets in the room just a few thin sheets. Very thin walls and you can hear every car and person.
