Great looking, clean room; great location

The bathroom door was very difficult to keep closed. Woke up the family because I couldn't close the door in the dark because the latch was bad.

Wish the breakfast had other meat options besides pork

The wifi stopped working late night when I would have needed it for work. I went down to ask the reception. They said there is nothing they can do and that I could call a support number. I called the number but there was no answer. I went downstairs again to ask if there is anything they can do and also to ask what they are going to do about this issue. They said they would "file a report". In the morning when checking out the receptionist asked if everything was ok. I told her about the wifi problem and the fact that the nobody answered at the support number. The receptionist did not say anything. I have also not heard back anything from them. I doubt any reports were actually filed. This is a very expensive hotel. A) the wifi should work. If it does not, they should somehow compensate. B) the customer service around the issue was terrible.
