I had a unexplained scare at check in I knew I had paid for room I caught a cab with a lot of stuff and wasn't prepared to turn back or try to go anywhere else I spent my last on this room and the staff begin to check me in and it showed him I had to pay what I knew I had already paid but long story short he took time after doing his job to find out what happened in the situation come to find out I hF accidentally book two reservations and the money was on the opposite reservation from what I was showing him I never asked him too help me I begin to call to try to find out what was going on and the 3rd party people were going to be available till morning I was able to talk to a computer tell me what I already knew it was praying time as I prayed God used his mouth to ease my worry and the confusion of trying to understand what was going on it showed the money came off my card so I was very graceful for a employee that wanted to know like aI wanted to know what was going on his concern for me as a first time guest automatically made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer he immediately got everything I needed so I could get to the stay it's been quiet and peaceful since I been here I did get a option to get things for breakfast if I wanted the towels were available at request the only things that was not a good experience was hallway carpet needs cleaning and I desire to wash I think the machine price is too high for convience I normally have large loads and snacks are too expensive also but junk food is expensive to health and your pockets today everything in room was fine.the room wasn't the cleanest but I always bring my own cleaning products to clean well considering it extended stay you supposed to clean anyway

Was pleasantly surprised by the hotel stay. Besides the appliances being a little dated, everything was fine! Did the job.

Rooms were filthy and floors and bedding stained. Room was SO hot no matter what we did with the AC unit. Front desk told us they fixed the unit, it was still SO HOT, nothing was fixed.
